Under the aegis of Tilak Education Society, Tilak College of Science and Commerce, Vashi was established in the year 2002 and is affiliated to University of Mumbai. The institute was established with a philanthropic vision to train students with a holistic approach, defined curriculum and expertise, and for joyful learning with enriched experience.

The college has highly dedicated, trained and proficient faculty which caters to 21st-century skills and learning with a difference. The overall approach towards education and our enduring saga of excellence makes Tilak College stand distinctly apart.

It is this wonderful thought which has been the guiding force behind Tilak Education Society's vision of molding students into responsible leaders of the future. Today, through our various institutes, we cater to the academic needs of thousands of students from kindergarten to post-graduate level. But only academic knowledge cannot produce leaders; holistic development of students is the key.

The vision of our society outlines the holistic development of the students through its four pillars of academic excellence, professional competence, human values and societal skills. Our institutions equipped with quality infrastructure and experienced faculty focus upon areas of specialization, technology, professional competence, interpersonal skills and ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.

The emphasis here is to go beyond the limits of the curriculum to provide practical knowledge through various academic, cultural and sports events; to instill a sense of confidence in the individual to perform in every field at the highest level.

Creating a set of moral values, ethics, tolerance and social commitments is an integral part of our education. We believe that armed with the power of knowledge, self-belief and right principles, our students will be able to become leaders of tomorrow.
